On October of 2005, Dive Rite and Cave Excursions teamed up for the first annual Diver Appreciation Party, called REACT! Approximately 190 customers showed up to enjoy the fellowship of other divers and non divers. And Cave Excursions offered unbeatable prices on many Dive Rite items.

A full day of fellowship and reflection began at 8:00 a.m., followed by dinner at 5:00. The menu consisted of 300 Indiana Breaded Tenderloins, 50 Pheasants, 50 lbs of spicy Chicken Wings (the more you ate the hotter they got), Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Also on the menu was coleslaw, baked beans, chips and banana pudding. Soft drinks were provided by Dive Rite, and ice was courtesy of the Luraville Country Store.

Around 7:00 p.m., two light systems were given away, followed by several drawings for shirts, back-up lights, and other cool stuff.

On October 28, 2006, REACT will be diving into another annual party!

• Guided dives and sidemount river dives (water and weather permitting...)
• Seminars on sidemount, rebreathers, and other topics of interest.
• Food and lots of it. Including - 100 lbs of spicy chicken wings, a roasted hog, hamburgers, hot dogs and soft drinks.

Last year's customer tribute raised the bar pretty high, and we're confident that this coming event will be even bigger, and Better!!!
