Rich is an accomplished cave diver with well over 1000 cave dives, has been teaching diving since 1994, is an instructor for NACD, NAUI, NSS-CDS, PADI and TDI and is the Regional Cave Safety Officer for the area. Elisha Gibson Elisha is the newest member of our crew at Cave East. She is an open water instructor who finished up her Full Cave last November and decided to move down here so she could cave dive as much as possible. Due to her love and dedication to the sport, she's already received her Abe Davis and Wakulla awards, DPV certification and taken up the fine art of sidemounting! William Rennaker Bill opened the original Cave Excursions in Luraville in 1994 and revolutionized the way the world buys gas. Operators throughout the states have modeled their fill stations after Bill's and his method of charging by the cubic foot. In 2003 Bill opened Cave Excursions East in High Springs along with his partner Lee.
